B.S. and M.S. in Natural Resources Management from University of Michigan, PhD. in Fisheries from College of Fisheries at the University of Washington. Current Affiliations: Washington Association of Community and Technical College Presidents. Centralia Rotary, Economic Development Council, the Chamber of Commerce and the Workforce Development Council. |
