2010-11 Events
- Wine Tasting at the Chehalis Garlic Festival, Friday and Saturday, August 27-28, at the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds. Hours are: August 27, 2:00-8:00 p.m. and August 28, noon to 8:00 p.m.
- Scholarship Night, Thursday, September 16, at 6:30 p.m. in Corbet Theatre, where donors are invited to publicly present their scholarship to the 2010-11 scholarship recipients. Family and friends are invited to share in this event. There will be a reception at 6:30 p.m. with the program beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m.
- President's Performance Series, Saturday, September 25, at 7:00 p.m. in Corbet Theatre with Steinway artist Richard Glazier playing from the American Popular Songbook collection, including songs of Gershwin. Tickets are $30, $20, and $15 and may be purchased by calling (360) 736-9391, ext. 777. For more information, see Coming Events.
- Annual Campaign Kick-off Event — "Harvesting What We Sow," Saturday, October 23, at 6:00 p.m. in the Health and Wellness Center. Reservations are required. Please call the foundation office for an invitation.
- Ellis Oliver Speaker Series with Yakima Mayor Micha Cawley on Monday, December 13, at 6:30 p.m. in the Lingreen Lecture Hall of the new Science Center. Free and open to the public.
- Economic Report to the Community with Union Bank's senior economist Kei Matsuda. Date to be determined. Free and open to the public.
- Foundation Night at the Theatre, Saturday, February 12, at 8:00 p.m. in Corbet Theatre. Reservations required.
- Sports Hall of Fame, Saturday, February 21, in the College Cafeteria. Reservations required.
- Foundation Night at the Oly Club, Thursday, March 17, from 4:00 p.m. to closing, at McMenamins Olympic Club in downtown Centralia.
- Advantage 2011, Friday, March 25, in Corbet Theatre. Free and open to the public.
- Duo Piano Concert with Robin Chadwick and Lynn Lewis, Sunday, April 10, at 2:30 p.m. in Corbet Theatre. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students. Call (360) 736-9391, ext. 777 for ticket information.
- Professional Training Day, date to be determined. In partnership with Edward Jones, United Way, and Providence Centralia Hospital.
- Distinguished Alumni Luncheon, Friday, June 10, at noon, in the college's boardrooms.
- Commencement, Friday, June 10, at 4:00 p.m.
